Structural integrity is paramount. Our posts and beams are hot-dip galvanized and powder-coated to prevent rust and corrosion in the humid coastal climate.
For waterproof requirements, we offer PVDF-coated PVC membranes (700-900 GSM) that are 100% waterproof and self-cleaning.

To ensure your shade fabric retains its 10-year warranty and aesthetic appeal, we recommend a simple maintenance routine. Our structures are low-maintenance by design, but the desert dust requires occasional attention.
HDPE (Mesh) allows air to circulate, keeping the area beneath cooler by preventing hot air traps, but it is not 100% waterproof. PVC is a solid membrane that is 100% waterproof but holds more heat. We recommend HDPE for most car parking applications in the UAE.
For standard residential car shades within your boundary wall, approvals are generally simple. For commercial projects or structures outside boundary lines, approvals are mandatory. We assist with the engineering drawings required for submission.
Once the design is approved, fabrication typically takes 5-7 days. On-site installation for a standard 2-car cantilever shade usually takes 1-2 days (foundation curing may require additional time).
Yes. Our structures are engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 140 km/h. The steel posts are concreted into the ground, and the knitted fabric allows some wind to pass through, reducing the wind load on the structure.
