Our own steel workshop fabricates all masts, columns, ridge beams, edge cables and foundation anchor systems to the structural engineer drawings. We use hot-dip galvanised mild steel for primary structural members, powder-coated in the specified RAL colour. We supply all structural steel with mill certificates, welding inspection records and factory quality control documentation. Additionally, we specify all cable terminations and rigging hardware in stainless steel grade 316 for coastal UAE locations.

Specifically, this covers foundation pile boring, mast erection, primary cable installation, membrane spreading, progressive tensioning and final inspection.
