All membranes are sourced with full traceability, fire retardancy certification to UAE civil defence requirements, and UV performance warranties. Our cutting workshop converts digitally-generated cutting patterns into precisely dimensioned membrane panels welded to manufacturer-specified joint strength.

The masts, columns, ridge beams, edge cables and foundation anchor systems that support tensile membrane shade structures are fabricated by our own steel workshop to the structural engineer drawings. We use hot-dip galvanised mild steel for primary structural members, powder-coated over the galvanising in the specified RAL colour. Structural steel is supplied with mill certificates, welding inspection records and factory quality control documentation. All cable terminations and rigging hardware are specified in stainless steel grade 316 for coastal UAE locations.

Our trained installation teams handle all stages of on-site tensile shade structure installation — foundation pile boring and concrete works, mast erection, primary cable installation, membrane spreading and initial attachment, progressive tensioning and geometric adjustment, final inspection and punch-list resolution. We work to a pre-agreed installation programme coordinated with the site manager and, for operating commercial properties, schedule activities to minimise disruption to normal operations throughout the project.
